I was a patient at Sacramento post-acute care rehabilitation center. When I got here, I couldn’t even sit up on the bed, and I made a promise to myself and to my granddaughter who has passed away and they help me keep my promise to myself and to my granddaughter, I said I will not be willed out here, I will walk out and they help me keep out a promise, so if you wanna get fixed and put back together and meet a great bunch of people, you need to come here to get rehabilitate.

Staff is Great!! They take good care of my sister, They are always there when I call as to how my sister is doing and they Keep me informed at all times of any changes in her care. Thank YOU for all that You do for My Sister.

One of my favorite things to do is spend time on the back patio, where I can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and have some peace and quiet. I also enjoy walking around the facility and socializing with others. Over the past year, I’ve made some wonderful friendships with other residents, which makes my days even more enjoyable. It truly feels like a little community here, and I’m happy to call Sacramento Post Acute my home!” ❤️

I was impressed that the Administrator was going into Residence rooms and engaging the Residents Also, the facility is very clean. The Nurse promptly brought pain medicine that my friend asked for even though the nurses are very busy. I feel comfortable with my friend being at your facility .

My stay at Sacramento Post Acute has been a great experience. I’ve been here for a while now and I feel welcome and comfortable and my needs are being met everyday. The facility is always very clean and well kept, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming. The food is amazing, and I really enjoy the variety of meals they serve. They also have plenty of snacks available throughout the day, which I appreciate. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make sure I’m comfortable and have what I need. I’m very happy with the care I’ve received here!

My mom was a patient at Sacramento Post-Acute for about a month after experiencing a fall, and I am truly grateful for the care she received during her recovery. From the moment we arrived, I felt welcomed and became familiar with so many of the staff members. The nurses were wonderful, and the CNAs were always helpful and caring. Therapy did a great job helping my mom, and I really appreciate the effort from every department. The Activities staff even came in on my mom’s birthday with balloons, a card, and a special treat, and sang “Happy Birthday” to her. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly made her day and meant so much to our family. The facility was always clean and smelled good, and everyone we encountered was kind and professional. I want to thank the entire Sacramento Post-Acute staff for taking such good care of my mom and helping her through her recovery. ❤️

I love the upbeat therapy staff. They make me feel like I can walk out of here.

My best friend was admitted for 13 weeks and I would visit her at least 2x a week! We got to know almost all the nurses and helpers! We loved them all so much, that when they asked me to do a Bible study, since my husband and I are Pastors, and I was so excited! So, now we come once a week, my friend who was admitted and myself, and everyone loves seeing us. I can’t say one is even better than the other as for as staff, they are all so loving and caring, but Ariana, was a very special part of this whole experience that was so difficult, made it a place we can’t stay away from. I will also add, my friend started at another facility that was absolutely horrible, we prayed and ended up here and thank our God for that! I would highly recommend Sacraments Post Acute to everyone!

Sacramento post acute was a wonderful experience bedside manner was on point food was delicious and hot definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place where they can receive compassionate care.

This place is amazing! Its smelled cery nice when i i first got here, therapy has been helping me out so much as well! Ive been enjoying the meals and they’re able to substitute anything i don’t want! I definitely reccomend this skilled facility!

We had a very positive experience at Sacramento Post Acute Rehabilitation Facility while my dad was receiving care. The physical therapists were patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping my dad regain his strength and mobility. They worked with him consistently, celebrated his progress, and encouraged him even on the more difficult days. Their professionalism and compassion made a real difference in his recovery and gave our family confidence that he was in good hands. We would like to thank the entire physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy team. Especially want to thank Morgan, Stephanie, Adriana, and Maria who worked so well with dad for both stays. Special thanks to the CNA team and nursing team, especially, Grace who was so attentive and kind! We are very grateful to the PT team and all of the staff who cared for my dad. Thank you for the hard work, compassion, and dedication you showed him throughout his stay. Sacramento Post Acute was wonderful. The staff here put our minds at ease from day one. My husband is a returning patient and was welcomed back so warmly and kindly. Every member of the team—therapists, nurses, CNA and support staff—was consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely encouraging. They motivated my husband with patience and kindness throughout his rehabilitation. Their positive attitude and personalized support made a real difference in helping him gain the strength to be able to come home. The facility itself feels caring and professional, and the focus on getting residents back home safely is clear in everything they do. I would highly recommend Sacramento Post-Acute to any family in a similar situation.

Definitely all the patients there were really cheery and friendly, and readily to greet with a salute.

My mom had spinal surgery. At 93 they were so helpful to get her PT going. She recovered quickly. The staff was especially helpful during periods of sadness over her condition. She’s very active this was totally out of her control. There were so many professionals that took an active interst in helping her. I was always keep in the loop they called with updates or alternative assistance during her stay. She came home today positive and mentally uplifted ready for the next phase of recovery. I can’t say enough how exceptional I found their professional and personal attention to her care. Thank you can’t cover it. But a blessing you are to those who need you!!!

My mom was taken care of by all of the staff and care providers. They really listened to her needs providing exactly what would help her recover quickly. I would highly recommend them for your loved one. They communicate with you regularly and with any other aid they think may help your loved one. Clean environment and consistent hospitality.

Excellent nursing facility that provides good nursing care 👍

I have been visiting a friend staying at the Sacramento Post Acute facility. Every staff person I have passed by, asked a question of or needed something ftom have been very friendly and accommodating. Everyone always has a smile to give. The only care concern is the delay of receiving medications in a timely manner. This is the second day she has not had her eye medication. Parking is not easy to find. The parking lot is very small and I’ve noticed that staff uses it therfore leaving minimal if any spaces for visitors. Street parking is also not easy to find in part because of an apartment complex and staff. Update: 1 week later. I believe the past parking problem was on part due to students doing on-site training prior to graduating which they have done. The staff is VERY accommodating in a caring friendly manor. I frequently see someone sanitizing the hand rails in the hall which are used by patients, nice to see. The food is always on time and there has been little wait time in answering a call button. I think this facility works hard and would recommend it.

Stayed here for 3 months,staff is great make you feel relaxed and at home.
